Sports Mockumentary Gets Placed on Distribution Roster

Los Angeles – (December 10, 2009) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) today announced that The Wiffler: The Ted Whitfield Story has joined their distribution lineup.

“The Wiffler is an irreverent look at the imagined world of professional wiffleball,” stated Jamie Thompson, Camelot President of Distribution. “We are pleased to be partnering with the young, creative talent behind this project. We are excited as The Wiffler takes its place in the on-deck circle for release in 2010.”

Overshadowed by their counterparts in Major League Baseball, professional wiffleballers played in relative obscurity until one fateful spring in 1994 when the Major League ballparks went dark with a players’ strike. Enter the new boys of summer- the Professional Wifffleball League. The Wiffler: The Ted Whitfield Story follows the pursuit of Ted Whitfield, the greatest professional wiffleball player of all time and his attempt to break the home run record and live the life of a world-renowned superstar athlete.

Executive producer, writer and star Ross Patterson has appeared in over a dozen films including The New Guy, Accepted, and the 2006 Sundance film The Darwin Awards. He was also nominated for an MTV Movie Award for Best Spoof in 2008.

The Wiffler is co-produced and directed by Tommy Reid, whose previous projects include Strike, the upcoming The Irishman, starring Val Kilmer and Christopher Walken and Danny Greene: The Rise and Fall of the Irishman.
