DARKNIGHT’S ‘SAMURAI AVENGER’ WINS THE AUDIENCE AWARD AT MAUVAIS GENRE FILM FESTIVAL

Los Angeles – (April 15, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot’s DarKnight Pictures’ acquisition Samurai Avenger: The Blind Wolf took home the Prix Du Public (Audience Award) at the Mauvais Genre Film Festival.  This is now the second audience award and tenth accolade.

Samurai Avenger continues to shine at every screening,” remarked Jessica Kelly, Camelot VP of Marketing and PR.  “At the Mauvais Genre’s screening, the film received a standing ovation.  This little film has gained quite a following. We plan on carrying this enthusiasm to the Marche Du Film in Cannes next month.”

Additional awards garnered by Samurai Avenger include the AUDIENCE AWARD at Another Hole in the Head Film Festival, BEST OF FEST at Indie Fest USA, and BEST FILM at Fantastic Planet Film Festival in Sydney, Australia.

Samurai: Avenger: The Blind Wolf is a story of a blind man who seeks revenge against the psychopath who took away his sight and slaughtered his family.  This is a bloody modern day fable with spaghetti western spirit.

The film is a Mitsutake Production, directed by Kurando Mitsutake, written by John Migdal and Kurando Mitsutake, and produced by Kurando Mitsutake and Chiaki Yanagimoto.
