CAMELOT AND SOCIETY ‘POP & LOCK’ DEAL TO CO-PRODUCE URBAN DANCE FILM

Tentative Title “Remix” Currently in Development

Universal City, CA – (July 13, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGRD) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Film Group (“CFG”) and Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) have inked a deal with Society Entertainment, LLC to co-produce and distribute an untitled urban dance film currently in development.

The script will be penned by Kate Orsini (Next of Kin) and produced by Joe Lorenzo in conjunction with Camelot.  Camelot and Society will begin the process of selecting a director for the project this quarter.

“Dance movies are smart.  These films are easy to market, enjoyed by families, and have had a successful commercial history,” commented Jessica Kelly, Camelot VP of Marketing and PR.  “They have been successful not only in theaters but on television as well, and the genre shows no signs of slowing down.”

DARKNIGHT ICES DEAL WITH SENA FOR “NATIONAL LAMPOON’S DIRTY MOVIE” IN ICELAND

Universal City, CA – (July 6, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGRD) (“Camelot”) announced today that DarKnight Pictures’ (“DKP”) National Lampoon’s Dirty Movie will be released in Iceland by Sena.  They obtained all-media rights.

“This is a hilarious film, and Sena, distributing comedies like Good Luck Chuck, understands the marketplace,” stated Jamie Thompson, President of Camelot Distribution Group.  “‘Dirty Movie’ delivers on jokes, sex, and comedy.  What else do you need in a film?”

Sena is Iceland’s largest film distributor, acting as a local agent for top studios, such as 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures.  Amongst the notable titles, Sena has released Avatar and The Wrestler (Mickey Rourke).

The cast includes Christopher Meloni, Robert Klein, Mario Cantone, and singer Cyndi Lauper.

Dirty Movie’, directed by Jerry Daigle and produced by Daigle and Alan Donnes, is a Flim Flam production in association with National Lampoon about an attempt to create a movie all about dirty jokes.

Falcom Investment AG Acquires Grindhouse Film

Universal City, CA – (July 1, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGRD) (“Camelot”) and DarKnight Pictures’ (“DKP”) announced today that Falcom Investment AG has obtained all media rights in German speaking Europe for DKP’s Nude Nuns with Big Guns.

“After successful early screenings in Cannes, ‘Nude Nuns’ has generated tremendous interest worldwide,” stated Camelot VP of Sales and Distribution Jeffrey Giles.  “We were confident that the German speaking territories would love it, and Falcom proved us right by being the first to acquire the film.“

Falcom has theatrically released major films including The Eye (Jessica Alba) and The Haunting in Connecticut and is scheduled to release My Best Friend’s Girl (Kate Hudson, Alec Baldwin) and Management (Jennifer Aniston).

Nude Nuns with Big Guns is a Freak Show Entertainment Production that follows the revenge of Sister Sarah after she is raped, drugged, and abused by a sinister clergy and a rogue motorcycle gang.

CAMELOT APPOINTS STEVEN ISTOCK AS ITS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

(OTCBB: CMGRD) (“Camelot”) announced today that Steven Istock has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of Camelot, replacing George Jackson who resigned effective today as an officer and director of Camelot to pursue his significant business interests in the fitness industry. Istock will also be nominated to fill Jackson’s place on Camelot’s Board of Directors.

Istock has a substantial corporate, entertainment and international finance background, with over fifteen years experience as a senior banker and finance manager. Istock specializes in the structuring and closing of debt and equity transactions.
