CAMELOT, ANYTHING MEDIA IN NEGOTIATIONS TO DISTRIBUTE AND MARKET ‘A CELTIC CHRISTMAS’ ON INTERNATIONAL DVD

Film Airs December 22 at 5:30pm on TBN

Universal City, CA – (December 22, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) and Anything Media, Inc. (“AMI”) are negotiating a multi-year agreement to distribute and market A CELTIC CHRISTMAS internationally on DVD following its broadcast today at 5:30 pm on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (“TBN”).

A CELTIC CHRISTMAS, which will air on 420 television stations across the U.S. on the TBN network, is one of several films expected to be distributed and marketed by CDG through its agreement with AMI to distribute and/or produce and co-market feature films.

Featuring the Irish music group “The Celts,” A CELTIC CHRISTMAS features ancient Irish and Scottish Christmas Carols that go back as far back as the 12th century combined with modern drum loops and synth work. Special guests include Dublin piper Ivan Goff (“Riverdance” and “Lord of the Dance”), Irish fiddler Mauread Ni Mhaonaigh, Scottish actor Jamie Stuart, The Gael String Orchestra, The Nashville Irish Step Dancers and the Celtic Christmas Children’s Choir.

Camelot has been working with Anything Media, Inc. since May 2010 to expand its direct-to-consumer distribution model and to explore new ways to successfully monetize digital distribution technology.

2011 Awards Celebrate the Best in Horror

Universal City, CA – (December 21, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (“Camelot”) and DarKnight Pictures (“DPK”) announced today that “NEVER SLEEP AGAIN: THE ELM STREET LEGACY” has been nominated for “Best Documentary” and “RUN BITCH! RUN!” has been nominated for “Best No to Low Budget Indie” for the Fourth Annual Splatcademy Awards to be awarded on February 28, 2011.

“Online awards are a great way to get exposure for films directly to the horror audience,” said Jamie Thompson, Camelot President of Distribution. “Nominations for our films show the high-demand for the type of content that DarKnight holds.”

“NEVER SLEEP AGAIN” chronicles the “Nightmare on Elm Street” franchise with interviews with the cast and creators. “RUN BITCH! RUN!” tells the story of a Catholic School Girl who, left for dead, awakes with revenge on her mind.

Annual Stockholder Meeting Great Success with All Nominations and Proposals Approved

Universal City, CA – (December 20, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (“Camelot”) announced today that 2010 will be the strongest year yet for the entertainment company, with gross sales and revenues both expected to set records.  As reported to stockholders at the Company’s Annual Stockholder Meeting this past week in Las Vegas, gross sales for 2010 are expected to exceed $2,200,000, with revenues expected to exceed $500,000.  Camelot anticipates this trend will continue into the new year, with 2011 gross sales expected to surpass $6,000,000 and revenues expected to exceed $2,000,000.

All Board of Director nominations and proposals were approved by the stockholders.  There were a total of 31,681,737,865 votes eligible to be cast at the meeting.  Steven Istock was elected to the Board of Directors with 28,556,299,749 votes for (90.13%) and 8,658,966 votes against (.03%); Leo Griffin was elected to the Board of Directors with 28,564,958,715 votes for (90.16%) and 0 against; dbbmckennon was ratified as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010 with 28,564,958,715 votes for (90.16%) and 0 against; the 2010 Stock Option/Issuance Plan was approved with 28,564,958,615 votes for (90.16%) and 100 against; the 2011 Stock Option/Issuance Plan was approved with 28,564,958,615 votes for (90.16%) and 100 against; and the Board of Director’s plan to register the sale of $10,000,000 in Camelot common and Preferred Stock in order to retire Camelot debt, expand current operations and to implement a stock repurchase program subject to regulatory approval was approved with 28,564,958,715 votes for (90.16%) and 0 against.

The 2011 Annual Stockholder meeting is currently scheduled for March 25 through March 28, 2011 in Las Vegas.

Animated Classic to Air as Part of Network’s Popular “25 Days of Christmas”

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA (December 13, 2010) – Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that its animated classic PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON will air as part of ABC Family annual “25 Days of Christmas” event tomorrow, Tuesday, December 14th, 2010 at 7:00pm.

PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON is a classic fable that everyone can enjoy,” commented Jamie Thompson, Camelot President of Distribution. “We are excited to be a part of ABC Family’s ‘25 Days of Christmas,’ their biggest annual televised event.”
