Film’s Positive Message Finds a Wide Audience

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA – (February 28, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC:CMGR) (”Camelot”) and Camelot Distribution Group (”CDG”) announced today that A WARRIOR’S HEART reached #1 on iTunes, the culmination of a long and coordinated campaign to reach a wide audience with a strong independent film.

“This movie’s positive message resonates with people of all ages and is something Camelot is proud of. The film is right in the sweet spot of Camelot’s motion picture portfolio, said Jessica Kelly, Co-President of CDG. “A WARRIOR’S HEART has really broken out virally with Internet distribution, following our premiere in Cannes last May and a limited theatrical along with a premium VOD release through Warner Bros. in December.”

“The movie is really crossing over to a wide based demographic and available on Time Warner, Direct TV, Comcast, Cox, iTunes, Netflix, Blockbuster Home, Sony Playstation, and Microsoft Xbox, among others.  This formula of combining a strong and mass appealing independent film with strategic distribution defines the Camelot business plan,” Kelly added.

Spy Thriller Infiltrates CDG’s Worldwide Line-up

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA – (February 16, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) has acquired worldwide media rights for the spy thriller ELIMINATE: ARCHIE COOKSON. The film follows the story of a washed-up British spy Archie Cookson, who mysteriously receives stolen tapes, making him the target of assassination by senior MI6 officials.

“It’s ‘Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy’ with some dry British humor,” comments Michael Kananack, CDG Co-President.  “We were looking for a good spy movie.  They are timeless and generally sell well around the world.”

ARCHIE’ was official selection at the Palm Springs Film Festival and includes cast Paul Rhys (From Hell, Chaplin, Vincent & Theo), Claire Skinner (Bridget Jones Diary, Sleepy Hollow), and Georgia King (One Day, The Duchess).  The film is an Agent Pictures production, produced by Ioanna Karavela and written and directed by Robin Holder.

“We are very much excited that Camelot will be selling ‘ELIMINATE: ARCHIE COOKSON’ to the global marketplace,” said Producer Karavela.

CDG brought the film to EFM and expects to close multiple territories on the picture in the forthcoming weeks.  The film has already been sold to Australia, Middles East, and South Africa.

‘Deliver Me to Hell’ Based on Short with Over 5.9 Million Views

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA – (February 15, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Film Group and its distribution division, Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”), will co-produce an interactive zombie comedy titled DELIVER ME TO HELL, about zombie filled streets where only delivery boys brave to save the world.

‘HELL’ is to be produced by New Zealand filmmaker Logan McMillan (“Last of the Living”), who originally created an interactive short to promote the pizza chain Hell’s Pizza. It’s an interactive adventure where the viewer chooses the path of characters and decides their fate.  To date, the short has received over 5.9 million views on YouTube.

“I’ve worked with Logan on his first movie so I know his talent,” says Jessica Kelly Co-President of CDG.  “When he pitched us the idea, it was too creative and refreshing to pass up.  It might even be the beginning to a new line of interactive films for Camelot.”

CDG Acquires Black Comedy starring Greta Gerwig and Olly Alexander

Universal City, CA – (February 9, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) has acquired all international media rights for the indie black comedy THE DISH AND THE SPOON. The film features rising star Greta Gerwig (Greenburg, Arthur) who has recently been cast in Woody Allen’s newest feature Nero Fiddled, and Olly Alexander (Gulliver’s Travels, Enter the Void) next seen in the BBC production of Great Expectations.

“After seeing this film, we immediately called the filmmakers,” said Jessica Kelly, CDG Co-President.  “We really enjoyed it and wanted it to be a part of the Camelot titles.  And it came across our desk in perfect timing…in time for EFM.  It’s an arthouse film, and there isn’t a better collection of international arthouse distributors than at Berlin.”

THE DISH AND THE SPOON, a Humble Pictures production, written and directed by Alison Bagnall (Co-writer of Buffalo ’66), has received wide acclaim for the performances of Gerwig and Alexander. The film premiered at SXSW last March and has continued to receive stunning reviews at festivals across the globe, including AFI and the London Film Festival.

Betrayed by her husband, Rose returns to her childhood home while striking up a magical friendship with a stranded teenager. Their adventures in a boarded up beach town transform them, weaving a whimsical, touching story.

CDG will be taking the film to EFM in Berlin this week.
