—CAMELOT EXPECTING SOLID RESULTS IN 2013; FLEXIBILITY WILL BE KEY TO FUTURE GROWTH—

Universal City, CA, November 27, 2012 —

Camelot Entertainment Group’s (OTC Pinksheets: CMGR) Chairman and CEO Robert Atwell issued the following statement on the future growth prospects in the entertainment and media industry and how it pertains to Camelot’s future:

“With astonishing speed, entertainment and media have evolved into a highly dynamic industry, interconnected by the global digital platform in a manner that few people could even have ever conceived 20 years ago. Today, digital media of all types must be included when considering the scope of the entertainment and media industry. Broadband Internet connections in U.S. homes and businesses totaled about 88 million as 2012 began, plus an additional 105 million mobile Internet subscribers. This means there is a true mass market for online entertainment and media for Camelot to provide content to and realize revenue from in addition to the normal revenue streams currently being generated. Most recently, the “Third Screen” (cell phone-based content including video and music) is becoming a major factor in entertainment and media. As 2012 began, there were about 323 million wireless subscriptions (for cell phones, tablets and other devices) in the U.S. and nearly 6 billion worldwide. Camelot is well positioned to take advantage of these market opportunities due in part to our ability to be flexible and to be able to react efficiently and quickly to this rapidly changing environment.”

“During the last couple of years, Camelot has worked through several financial, legal and regulatory compliance obstacles. While working through and overcoming those roadblocks, our Camelot Distribution Group subsidiary remained focused on building our core distribution business. Our success from these efforts is reflected in the significant improvement in our 2011 and 2010 financial results. During fiscal year 2011, sales increased 41% and revenues increased 67% in comparison to 2010. During fiscal year 2010, sales increased 80% and revenues increased 100% in comparison to 2009.”

“As there was a delay in our reporting due to business changes and other issues, which have now been resolved, our company auditors have been designated to bring our reporting obligations current over the next 6 months in order to prepare for the upcoming opportunities and growth. We expect to file our 2010 reports during the 4th quarter, followed shortly thereafter by our 2011 and 2012 reports.”

“Once our audit is up-to-date, we expect to fund and begin production on our first slate of films to be produced under the Camelot Films Production Model. We are also continuing our efforts to build new studios in Las Vegas and New Orleans. Furthermore, we continue to explore the acquisition of feature film libraries and production/distribution companies that will complement our business model in order to secure the intellectual properties that comprise the foundation of our business.”

“As we near the end of 2012, we have announced that Camelot Distribution Group will be selling our largest film to date; the $20 Million budgeted movie titled “The 34th Battalion” and will be stepping up our planned acquisitions of several more new titles with a goal of fifteen new acquisitions in 2013, with projected gross sales potentially surpassing $5,000,000 for the first time as we continue to efficiently expand our business model both domestically and internationally.”

“Our management team has performed superbly, demonstrating the focus and ingenuity that define our company. In order to meet the demands of this emerging digital marketplace, our team has worked extremely hard under difficult circumstances to solidify Camelot’s position in what is a very competitive environment.”

“I sincerely would like to thank you for your support of Camelot and I am extremely optimistic about our future in the motion picture industry.”

$25 Million Dollar Australian War Epic Slated for 2013 Release

Universal City, CA – (August 28, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) has acquired worldwide media rights for Sparke Films’ THE 34th BATTALION. Budgeted at approximately $25 million dollars, the World War 1 epic is expected to begin principal photography this winter once major casting is completed. THE 34TH BATTALION is scheduled to be part of CDG’s release slate in 2103.

“We are excited to be working with Ian and Luke Sparke and their talented team at Sparke Films on what promises to be an epic war film,” CDG President Jess Kelly stated.” THE 34TH BATTALION has all the ingredients that make a successful movie including a great cast and crew, an incredible story and a terrific script that will have world-wide appeal.”

Produced by Sparke Films, THE 34TH BATTALION will be Luke Sparke’s directorial feature debut after working on war and history films for the past 11 years including “The Pacific” and on other major productions including “X-Men Origins.” Written by father/son team Luke and Ian Sparke THE 34TH BATTALION tells the story of four friends, who, after two years of leaving their families to immerse themselves in the unruly hardships of war, struggle with the horror that grows inside of them as they must overcome weakness and find strength in their loved ones in order to strike one last time against the German Army.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be working with Camelot in bringing this amazing story to the world,” stated Luke Sparke. “My aim with THE 34th BATTALION is to raise the bar on first World War films, and I am proud to have a fantastic Australian crew from “The Pacific”, “X-men”, “The Great Raid” and other local war based productions. Closing in on the 100th anniversary, we are very aware of the responsibility in telling this story as accurate as we can without pulling any punches: It’s going to be big, loud and a rollercoaster ride of emotions.”

“THE 34th BATTALION has been written and conceived as a tribute to the generation of the Great War,” added Ian Sparke. “It has been written as an international action film set in a historic setting. I thank Camelot for their dedication and foresight.”

Cast to be announced soon.

Universal City, CA – (July 10, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC: CMGR) (”Camelot”) and Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) announced that principal photography begins today on WIENER DOG NATIONALS, in Los Angeles, California. This family friendly, live action film is written and directed by Kevan Peterson of Fromage Pictures and is about a family uniting when their newly adopted dachshund races for the championship title.

The cast includes Jason London (Dazed and Confused) as the dad Phil Jack, Alicia Witt (Two Weeks Notice, 88 Minutes, Vanilla Sky) as Melanie, the race coordinator and Phil’s love interest, “Mad Men” star Bryan Batt as Judge Brown, and Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominee Morgan Fairchild as the wicked Miss Merryweather. Also cast is Nickelodeon’s Austin Anderson (“Victorious”), Julian Feder, and Caitlin Carmichael (Conception). Anderson will also be performing a song for the soundtrack of the film.

“It’s an amazing experience to be able to finally direct this movie,” said writer/director Peterson. “There is such a great group of talented people that have banded together to make this film a reality – everyone from our amazing cast to our wonderful production team. I am in awe everyday at what we are achieving with this film. I’ve been asked to say, on behalf of our star dogs as well, ‘bark, bark, woof, woof,’ which loosely translates to ‘I’m ready for my close up.”

The famous hotdog fast food chain Wienerschnitzel, serves as an inspiration to the film from their famous Wiener Nationals dachshund races held every year all over the country and is signed onto cross-promote the film during release.

In addition, production has teamed up in a co-promotion with the Special Olympics. Two Special Olympics athletes will take part in the film.

“It’s been quite a journey with this film,” commented President of CDG Jessica Kelly. “’WDN’ is a great heartwarming story perfect for the entire family. I look forward to wrapping production and getting the film to the consumers.”

‘WDN’ is a film about the Jack family adopting an abandoned dachshund, Shelly, from the shelter and the remarkable story that follows her arrival. When Shelly is entered into the nation’s greatest wiener dog race, she is forced into fierce competition where challenges arise for the Jack family as well as the runt, Shelly. However, with love and strength, this united family can overcome anything.

Universal City, CA – (July 3, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) closed multiple deals on their titles at Cannes’ Marche du Film, the world’s most prestigious film market in Cannes, France.

CDG kicked off Cannes with a sale to Splendid, a German Distributor, who acquired the sci-fi adventure SCAVENGERS, staring Sean Patrick Flanery (Boondock Saints, Saw 3D: The Final Chapter). CDG also closed deals with AT Entertainment in Japan for its sultry drama WEBDULTRY and the horror comedy YOU CAN’T KILL STEPHEN KING. Klockworx, also from Japan, picked up PRIVACY, a cyber thriller. In addition, deals were signed for A WARRIOR’S HEART in Spain, WEBDULTRY and PRIVACY in Australia and multiple agreements are expected to close for many of the titles in UK, Germany, U.S, France, Israel, and Russia.

“Cannes was great this year,” said President of Distribution Jessica Kelly. “Distributors are buying, and we have great product to sell. The screenings were filled, the response from buyers was encouraging and the sales atmosphere was very robust.”

During the market, Camelot screened the NY Times Critics’ Pick THE DISH AND THE SPOON, staring Greta Gerwig (Greenburg, Arthur), who, betrayed by her husband, strikes up a magical friendship with a teenage drifter; PRIVACY, a college student who hacks into a mobile phone leading him down a path of murder; National Lampoon’s SNIPPED, staring Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman (The Weekend at Bernie’s duo), about a guy who goes under the knife and wakes up anything but a man; THE UNDERSTUDY, a story about an unsuccessful actress who lands an understudy role that allows her talent to outshine the star; and YOU CAN’T KILL STEPHEN KING, a horror comedy based on killings straight out of Stephen King novels.
