Joseph Guzman has been behind the camera in several roles, while always working his way to the director’s chair. During his time as a filmmaker Guzman has worked as producer on the short film Spyware, the supernatural thriller Chingaso the Clown, and the feature Driving Bill Crazy in 2008. His first feature as a director was the ultra-violent Run! Bitch Run!, which starred Christina DeRosa and Cheryl Lyone. This film involved two Catholic schoolgirls on the run from crazed drug dealers. Guzman has also worked as an art director on several films and his latest film is called Nude Nuns with Big Guns. This film is slated for a 2010 release and Nude Nuns takes off the habits of many of the female characters in exchange for long barrelled weaponry. Read more>

Elm Street Legacy Acquired for BIO Channel

Los Angeles – (August 12, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (“Camelot”) and DarKnight Pictures (“DKP”) announced today that they have signed a deal with A&E Television Networks, LLC (parent company of BIO Channel) for worldwide television rights to Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy, the behind the scenes retrospective on the twenty-five year history of the horror epic A Nightmare on Elm Street.

“Freddy Krueger’s legacy is timeless,” commented Camelot President of Distribution, Jamie Thompson.  “BIO is the perfect place to dig into the film and character’s history, revealing the creation of the ultimate nightmare.”

Never Sleep Again, a 1428 Films production narrated by original ‘Nightmare’ actress Heather Langenkamp, boasts over a hundred interviews from cast and crew members, including creative mastermind Wes Craven and original Freddy Krueger, Robert Englund.

The documentary is produced by Daniel Farrands and Thommy Hutson, written by Hutson, and directed by Farrands and Andrew Kasch.

Universal City, CA – (August 3, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that the DarKnight Pictures’ WRECKAGE will wrap photography on August 17, 2010 and will immediately start finalizing post-production.

“Wreckage has a great cast and holds true to the thriller genre,” commented Jessica Kelly, VP of Marketing and PR. “We’re looking forward to having it ready for AFM.”

The cast includes two time Emmy nominee Aaron Paul (“Breaking Bad”), Scoot McNairy (Herbie Fully Loaded), Mike Erwin (Hulk), Cameron Richardson (Alvin and the Chipmunks), Kelly Kruger (“Young and the Restless”), and Bevin Prince (“One Tree Hill”).

Wreckage is directed by John Mallory Asher (“One Tree Hill”), who produced the film with Kristen Kirchner, and writer David Frigerio.  Jordan Yale Levine and Camelot’s Robert P. Atwell and Jamie R. Thompson serve as Executive Producers.

The story follows a group of teenagers stranded in a wreckage yard as one by one mysteriously disappear.

Produced by 1428 Films, Camelot’s DarKnight’s Elm Street Legacy Releases in the U.S. on May 4, 2010

Los Angeles – (May 3, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) and its wholly owned subsidiary DarKnight Pictures announced today the DVD release of 1428 Films’ Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy, the definitive behind the scenes retrospective on the twenty-five year history of the horror epic A Nightmare on Elm Street.  The DVD can be purchased online at the official website ( and on such sites as,,, as well as in select stores on May 4, 2010.  This release follows the theatrical release of New Line/Warner Bros.’ A Nightmare on Elm Street this past weekend, which opened #1 at the U.S. box office.

Narrated by original ‘Nightmare’ actress Heather Langenkamp and with over 100 interviews from the cast and crew, including directors Wes Craven, Renny Harlin, and Ronny Yu, as well as talent John Saxon, rockstar Alice Cooper, Monica Keena (Freddy vs Jason), and Freddy Krueger himself, Robert Englund, ‘Never Sleep Again’ captures the impact of pop culture and the horror genre, while exploring the intelligent, yet psychopathic character who brings everyone’s worst nightmares to life.

The documentary is a 1428 Films/Panic Production produced by Daniel Farrands and Thommy Hutson, written by Thommy Hutson, and directed by Daniel Farrands and Andrew Kasch.
