Camelot Seals the Deal at Cannes

Multiple Deals Closed on Distributor’s Newest Titles

Universal City, CA – (July 3, 2012) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (“CDG”) closed multiple deals on their titles at Cannes’ Marche du Film, the world’s most prestigious film market in Cannes, France.

CDG kicked off Cannes with a sale to Splendid, a German Distributor, who acquired the sci-fi adventure SCAVENGERS, staring Sean Patrick Flanery (Boondock Saints, Saw 3D: The Final Chapter). CDG also closed deals with AT Entertainment in Japan for its sultry drama WEBDULTRY and the horror comedy YOU CAN’T KILL STEPHEN KING. Klockworx, also from Japan, picked up PRIVACY, a cyber thriller. In addition, deals were signed for A WARRIOR’S HEART in Spain, WEBDULTRY and PRIVACY in Australia and multiple agreements are expected to close for many of the titles in UK, Germany, U.S, France, Israel, and Russia.

“Cannes was great this year,” said President of Distribution Jessica Kelly.  “Distributors are buying, and we have great product to sell.  The screenings were filled, the response from buyers was encouraging and the sales atmosphere was very robust.”

During the market, Camelot screened the NY Times Critics’ Pick THE DISH AND THE SPOON, staring Greta Gerwig (Greenburg, Arthur), who, betrayed by her husband, strikes up a magical friendship with a teenage drifter; PRIVACY, a college student who hacks into a mobile phone leading him down a path of murder; National Lampoon’s SNIPPED, staring Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman (The Weekend at Bernie’s duo), about a guy who goes under the knife and wakes up anything but a man; THE UNDERSTUDY, a story about an unsuccessful actress who lands an understudy role that allows her talent to outshine the star; and YOU CAN’T KILL STEPHEN KING, a horror comedy based on killings straight out of Stephen King novels.

Deal Includes VOD, Wireless, and Internet

Universal City, CA – (July 29, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGRD) (“Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group (”CDG”) has entered into an agreement on selected titles for Video on Demand (“VOD”), Wireless, and Internet distribution in North America with Gravitas Ventures, LLC.

“In order to keep up with the evolving technology, distribution needs to keep reinventing itself,” commented Camelot President of Distribution Jamie Thompson.  “The wave of the future is digital distribution.  Consumers want everything at their fingertips, including entertainment.  We have become a society of convenience, thus being able to download a film to a television, mobile device, or computer just makes the product readily available now.“

Distribution Division Acquires Sam Worthington Crime Action Film

Los Angeles – (March 30, 2009) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group has acquired Fink!, a crime adventure about four fiercely outlandish hit men, three seasoned slackers, two idealist computer hackers, and an undercover cop whose paths all ironically cross when one of them screws over crime lord Terence Fink.

The cast includes Sam Worthington (Avatar, Terminator Salvation, Clash of the Titans), Steve Bastoni (Matrix Reloaded), Jonny Boxer, Jason Crewes (“Neighbours”), and Brett Stiller (Garage Days).

The film is written and directed by Tim Boyle and produced by Peter Taylor, Shaun Jefford, and Tim Boyle.

“We are very excited to have Fink! included in our line-up,” stated Jamie Thompson, President of Camelot Distribution Group. “It’s a humorous crime action film that is well produced and stars Avatar’s Sam Worthington.”

Fink! will premiere at MIPTV next month.

Distribution Division Pursues New Content at Top Film Festival

Los Angeles – (January 20, 2010) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) (”Camelot”) announced today that Camelot Distribution Group President Jamie Thompson and Vice President of Marketing and PR Jessica Kelly will attend the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in pursuit of new content. Thompson and Kelly will be in attendance from January 22 through January 25.

“Sundance is one of the best venues to acquire content. Great films, in and out of competition, are being screened there and looking for representation,” explains Thompson. “Camelot has the energy, confidence, and knowledge to represent these films and push them into the global marketplace.”

Sundance is held in Park City, UT from January 21 – 30.
